Among the natural weaths of the Ain region, discover the karstic landscapes. The Ain montains are mainly limestone and split. Over the centuries, the water streaming seeps through the roc, increasing theses cracks becoming an underground network composed of caves and galleries.The Jarbonnet rocs are one of the wildest parts of the valley.
Cave at Corveissiat
The cave is designated as a conservtion area, protected since 1909 because of its great environmental interest : waterfalls, clear lakes, porch etc.
Karstic footpath from Drom
From Drom, take the marked foodpath and discover the subterrean world, geological phenomena, subterrean wildlife etc. This marked footpath can be completed by the visit of the draining tunnel to discover the subeterrean wildlife.
