Gorges of the Ain river
From Poncin to Thoirette, take the picturesque road and follow the Ain river to discover villages, bridges and dams.
Several loops are possible :
- From Poncin to Thoirette : 70 kms
- From Poncin to Bolozon : 40 kms
- From Poncin to Serrières-sur-Ain : 25 kms
Advice : you should start from the left banks and you should come back from the right banks.
Caution : you cannot cross the river in Bolozon if you have a camper (this bridge is too narrow).
