Défi des manants
The third running "défi des Manants".
Sunday 17th June 2012 in Saint-Jean-le-Vieux, organized by the association "defi des manants.org", composed of the association Rayon de Soleil - Saint-Jean (yoga) and the "'Union sport adapté Hautevilloise" with the ITEP du Château de Varey participation.
The "défi des manants" is an important running for the "Challenge de l'Ain des courses hors stade", the "Challenge de l'Ain des courses de montagne", and the "challenge grosse course". This second running will be also composed of an hike.
Pratical information :
Distance : 15km (footpaths) - A difference in altitude of 500 metres. Starting point / arrival : The Varey Castle. Provision of fresh supplies : 4km and 9km.
Running : departure at 10 o'clock - Running opened to the junior to veteran. Entering for the running : 6€. Entering for the members of the FF Sport Adapté : 4€.
Hike : departure at 9 o'clock - Entering for the hike : 4€.
Welcome from 8 o'clock - coffee ofered ; refreshment area, wc, washbowl - Changing room. Results announced at 11:45am.
Possible lunch at 12:30am 8€ per person on booking.
Registration by post : registration paper with the cheque payable to "defi des manants.org" and the copy of the membership card or the medical certificate.
